workout felt terrible. went into oxygen debt very quickly. 20-25 secs between intervals and 2 min after fast quarter. 68,66,67,63(2min rest),68,67,71,75(2min rest)71,73,77,73(3min rest)67,(3min rest),60. Started the workout too fast and died hard.
