Didnt feel like doing Day 2 again, didnt want to squat on my ankle, so I just switched some things out.
Pushups
Single leg hip raises
Bench Dips
Shoulder press
Lat dumbell raise
Same weights and reps as before. Decent lead up for practice next week when we really get into it. Im thinking my ankle will be ready for the bars at this rate.
Ankle rehab right after.
Lunges
Split quat jump
calf raises
Single leg squats
Bosu jump
Felt good after, but sore in the pool... Bought another sleeve to replace the black ones, help ween me off.
