Nice weather today, I enjoyed it. Anyways, my legs are still killing me and I have no idea why so I think I'm just taking off tomorrow. I think it will be best and hopefully I wont get fucked over for friday. Anyways today we timed an 800, 300 then like 430. Each one felt better as we went along. the 800 I didnt really try and the 300 I went hard for the first 200 then cruised and the 430 actually felt really good as I came through the quarter in 65 and felt fine.
