Hilly run

Not the greatest 24 hours, but nothing running can't fix. Big group for a hill run. Missed out on many-a-hill the past year or so because of multiple whatnots, and they continue to be my worst/slowest kind of thing. Working on it though. To BK, then up rockwood, then up AU dormhill. Oblique got a bit tweaked on BK, not terrible though. Rockwood and dormhill felt fine, but felt it more by the end. Not supposed to be an all out kind of day, pushed but stayed in control and overall felt strong. Especially once on flat during the striders at the end, really good. Getting excited to race, whether this Friday or next.
