schedwick hills with emma at noon (ok did i spell it right this time?)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: perfectttt! i mean slightly cold, but like totally not winter weather. even the sun was out.

Comments:
ugghhh every time i run that hill i forget how long it is! anyway, it was the perfect escape from my long physics exam. nice to be about done.
hill one: got thru it.
hill 2: arghhh! it was awful! particularly the second half. my lungs like exploded.
hill 3: emma decided to make this one "fun." we started off with a bounce in our step. then focused on driving our knees. we picked a car to run hard to. then recovered to the next car. then picked a tree, and so on and so forth until we got the the crest we just had the little hill to push ourselves down. this hill was so much more manageable - i guess because it wasn't abt getting up the whole hill, but about the little segements.
hill 4: same as hill 3. pretty out of breath after this one.

ran back to school and did crunch progression and push-ups. getting easier now.
