Comments:
A bit of a long recovery run. Didn't get too fast, keeping pace close to 6.5mph throughout. Managed to run for an hour and didn't feel too bad. Drank 24oz water. No muscle, joint, anything pain. Feels good. Worked out core and shoulders a bit afterwards.
