6X800 workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
6X800 w/400m jog rest in between. all negative splits. I didn't know my own speed. the workout felt great

feeling a bit sore after the run, but no detrimental shin/foot soreness during the workout. right now it looks like every other day runs supplemented with massage and continual hip exercise.

I just wonder if I can increase to more than about 20 mi/week
