SO it snowed today so I decided to hit up New World Fitness. It's the oldest gym in the city (probably) and I'd never been there. A day pass costs $12! It's an okay gym; the showers reminded me of the DalPlex for no particular reason.
Anyway, I did 20 mins at Threshold with 30 seconds on increased incline to simulate the hill in BP. An homage to JK's treshold workout, if you will.
20' @ Theshold with 30 seconds hill every 5 mins.
