Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Started at the HS. Cloudy, must have rained last night. Kinda nasty. Been getting some abrasion from the brace, and I want to strengthen, so ran in a new ace. It was too small I think... Started out fine, but my arch felt constricted, had to readjust it a few times. Not sure what its made out of, but hopefully the polymers have some stress relaxation traits so I can widen the hole a little. Anyways, took it real easy to be careful. It felt ok running, sore in the heel sometimes, I could tell it was unstable...
Got back, took the ace off, then went to do hurdles. Went through the whole thing, finishing with some run throughs over three. Those really irritated my ankle, didnt feel nice... Every thing else was good felt nice and flexible.
Some stretching, L7 and rolling at home. Decent day, get in more strength tonight. Excited for practice next week, but I dont feel ready to race. I bet in a week Ill be ready to start working out though.
