Comments:
Wanted to take it easier today after yesterdays long run. New I wouldn't feel good today after not stretching well yesterday. Stretching is key for me feeling fresh. I also didn't get off until 11 and I was burning up out there. I want to leave for my run by 9 tomorrow.
