Hooped it up for a little warm up, then did a mix of lifts
Leg raise thing (IDK)
Pushups x20
Shoulder raise x15
Skull crusher x 15
Burpees x 10
Did some biceps curls and abs after. Also did a few hammy. Didnt swim because I want to swim tomorrow when I get back.
