Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Indoors on the "mill"

Comments:
Today I was planning on doing a 4.5 mile run at a 6.5 mph pace. I increased the speed up to 7.5 mph for most of the run and for the last mile or so I went up to 8 mph. I was surprised I was able to keep up. ***Side note: I may start lifting after lunch. Mainly because I have nothing else to do. We shall see.
