Exercise Type: Run

Despite not really wanting to as of this morning, I went for a short run over lunch. No issues. Did lots of the "pelvic control" exercises and then put it to practice on this run. Felt it in my L hip again, which I think is a good thing.
No "pain", however, I felt it again in the medial knee in the last mile. Then I realized it: mayyyybe it's some tight distal "IR muscles" (e.g. gracilis, semi-t, semi-m, adductor magnus)! It makes sense...and it makes sense that a few weeks ago my form WAS normal when I felt this...and then I went and fucked it up. Wow.
It doesn't feel good, but I guess I won't fear it anymore. Beats the shit out of patellar pain.
