Comments:
Went out around 130 with Julia Winkler (her first long run!). Beautiful day, went to the mall via crescent trail and that path by the kennedy center. Then meandered on the mall hitting the Lincoln memorial, Washington monument, Carosel, WWII memorial along the way, then came back home. Pace was pretty decent, as it always is with Julia. Really really nice long run, worked out soreness from yesterday, will be a bit stiff tomorrow I know, but long stretch and strength after.
