Bridget and I warmed up 1.75 miles, then we warmed up 1.75 miles with the group and did 5 x 5 minute Pelican loops at 3:15-3:20 pace. These were tough, but we finished all of them and on time! Then cooled down same 1.75 miles back to the cars.
