Weather: freezing! felt like upper 20s but i think it was lower 30s
Comments:
so sore when i woke up. some of my cuts had opened back up and were burning
i was freezing as soon as i stepped outside. running on the windy road made it all the more arctic. the biting wind cracked my lip, and i realized that licking them just made it worse, freezing my lips to icicles. i sniffled my runny nose in reflex, but immediately regretted it for the cartilage remained bitterly raw from last weeks bloody nose incident. my chest felt so heavy - breathing in that icy air was like drinking hot water after a hard work out - just not right. the tip of my tongue burned with cold, and my lungs squeezed as if wanting to reject the air, searching for any other possible oxygen source. but there wasnt, so i had to deal.
