Comments:
Veale up to Forest Hills, 6x(2 hard, 1 easy, 1 hard, :30 easy), back down to Veale + Quad Loop - I had sort of a rough day. I just felt like vomiting or fainting most of the day. The workout went a little bit better than it could have given the circumstances and I was happy to get through it. I could have done more if forced to and my legs did feel quite a bit better today. Last night my resting heart rate was 54, so I am not sick, just tired.
