Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First few minutes slow, then picked it up quite nicely. Legs really tired, chest still burning, and feet beat up, but felt like going faster. Ended up going solo up Loughboro, kind of zoned out and got it done. Bit frightened by the stampede of guys but they looked like they were enjoying themselves hehe. Legs still tired, lots of stretching and rolling, and will hopefully resolve by Friday. Timing a bit off, forgot to stop/start at some points....
