Comments:
Jorma and Mr. Paul have been unsatisfied with how our distance team has been handling doubling, so they're going to start assigning longer runs to help our endurance. I hope this means we'll start doing 400s instead of 200s, because I'm getting sick of the 8x2 workout we've been doing the past few weeks.
