Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran about a mile to a parking lot to do drills, then to E. Overlook and across Coventry to finish the warmup. 5x 3 on 3 off. This went better than I expected it to. Was probably around 5k pace on the hard segments, maybe a little bit slower. My stomach started bugging me on the third one but wasn't really much of a problem until the 5th interval. Forced me to go pretty easy on the cooldown. Ran across Grogan and Carter while I was cooling down with Ben and Corey and they ran back to Veale with us. Lift after, my hamstrings were burning early and will continue to do so tomorrow I'm pretty sure. Static 3 and rolling after, no abs because my stomach was still bugging me quite a bit. Iced my knees and hammies after, along with my right hip flexor which has been sore since Monday. Also I noticed near the end of the 4th interval that my right achilles/heel area were sore, so I iced that as well.
