Spinner in Apartment gym
6:10PM. Sleep: 7.5 hr. Legs are slowly getting less sore, can walk normally on flat ground now, stairs still make legs ache a bit, listened to Diane Birch and watched the Simpson, the gym was more crowded than it was on Monday, get annoyed by people working out in jeans and cargo pants, stretch, roll, pushups, crunches.
