eastside fartlek

Got out of lab early. Might not be happening often, but I need to go back tomorrow... Anyways we got together, left at 5. Did abs before hand since I got there early. We had some discussion about whether or not to do drills there. We didnt... Warm up up edgehill to the parking lot, where we did a longish medium drill. I had to pee a lot too... Continued the warm up to over coventry, then did the farlek on the east side. One loop on the regular lap, another over to Washington, then back to the regular lap. 5x 3 min w/ 3 min rest. It got dark as we went on. I felt strong on the first few, then fell a little back since I couldnt see real good. ankle was getting a little weak, and I had to pee. Cooled down real chill with Corey and Brandon, met grogan and carter on the way.

Got back, changed into my jersey shore lifting shirt, then hit the weights. Decent, went a little less. Bump up as planned. Back upstairs for stretch static 3, roll L7. then Ice bath. Cold. Felt fine leg wise. Odd, with the stress of school, our house getting robbed, and schedule uncertainty. Got to get through this and get into a groove, the zone. "Dont worry, about a thing, cause every little thing is gonna be alright"
