Comments:
sick-nasty, that is. cut-down from 9mph to 10.7 mph, spending the last 30 minutes at sub-6:00. I'm not inclining the treadmill yet, and I wore flats for this, but I'll take it. 17 weeks to extend the distance and elevate the incline from 10 miles at 5:56 at 0% incline to 26.2 miles on the road.

Thursday has officially become 60 minute treadmill cut-down day.
