Back worse/larger area today unfortunately. Really slow in the beginning, picked it up a little bit by the end. Stiff/tired the whole run, flared up during striders. Racing prospect not look too great for tomorrow as it could be better to not aggravate/take it easier for a few day, but will see tomorrow. If no race, definitely time trial next week. Still feel stupid that its hurting/is affecting training/racing....meh
