Comments:
Bitched out of running outside and ran six on the indoor track. Felt decent. My feet hurt a bit and my knee definitely felt swollen. But it feels better the day after so hopefully that's a good sign. We did new drills today. I don't know if I'm sold on them yet but we'll see. It was a lot of repetition.
