Veale to MLK to NRV back, up Mayfield to Coventry to North Park (group run with Tim the recruit) to Warrington to Fernway to Lee to Scottsdale to Warrensville, back to Coventry to North Park back to Veale (with Ethan Teare)-
Ethan and I had agreed to run our long run today and we also had a recruit for the first six miles of what we did. We started off with a campus tour and then Ethan and I branched off. My hamstrings were sore (again) and I had some ankle pain toward the end, but it went well otherwise. We were running extremely slow at the beginning, too slow. But Ethan and I picked it up significantly once we broke off so the final pace was respectable for a snow run.
I few interesting notes:
-I believe this is the longest run I have ever done time-wise (though that might be cheating in the snow).
-I ran 17 miles and didn't notice my knee hurting even once. Not one single thought about it the entire run.
Mapped: 16.97
