Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Morning practice. Got down fine and had time to get ready, but I didnt heat my back. Wasnt a huge deal, but I could feel the pinching and the tightness on the warm up. Goal was to do hills, run up them get some form, but not kill it. Since I knew I wasnt feeling totally up for it, went on the short hill (300). We did drills first, then started up. Felt way more into the workout last year. By the 5th one, it was just too tight. Stopped and stayed on the flat, then took it back to veale through little italy.

Got back, went right to stretching. Stretch, roll, L7 and hips. Back was feeling a little better after some special yoga. Went down to Ice and STEM after. Fell asleep.

Overall, not a great workout, feel kinda out of it. Its still early. Working through the tightness, waiting to loosen up. GOt to be careful with those hurdle things later.
