Comments:
3mi. in the morning before we got on the bus. 3mi. warmup , 1 mi. race in 4:27.90, 3 mi. total before the 4x400. 54.7 split. I think it could have been fast had i not let myself get stuck behind a guy from Muskingham on the back straight away. blew by him going into the second lap, though. 3:33 as a team, and we can definitely go faster.
