SHITTY RUN. Started out OK but about three miles in it began to hurt. Significantly. I had to stop a couple times and walk, hoping to "reset" my form. MFer.

Quite frustrated, I asked Jeff to look at my form, since we didn't have a patient. He did, and it was GARBAGE. Goddamn it. He gave me some tips that'll hopefully help...along with an exercise to work on hip/pelvic control. My pelvis is all over the GD place...
