Today I decided I'd try a hill workout. I was worried about my knee, since it doesn't seem to be able to last more than 5 miles, but I gave it a go.

I was quite tired on the way over, but on the three hill reps I felt pretty good. The knee was fine 'til the way back, when it began to hurt uncontrollably. MF. I stopped to walk a couple times, but that didn't seem to help.

Ran almost an hour, but it doesn't mean shit if I finish in pain. :|

Ate lunch then biked to Anytime to lift, then home. Big day, but annoying.
