Easy hour run. Picked up pace in the last mile. Notice that max HR doesn't get as high (peaking at about 185 rather than close to 200 a few weeks back) following hard finish to runs. Drank about 30oz water. Really nice to run with no pain. Ankle, achilles, knee, IT are all happy.
