Strength workout from Wednesday, slightly modified. I used a 7.5 lb. weight for the side plank/rows (couldnt' find the green resistance band) and someone was using the 10 lb. med ball, so just did lateral and front raises while standing on the BOSU. Finished with 2-minute core circuit.
