Comments:
OK but slow run. No SI belt. Felt tightness on R ant hip again. Might be due to poor pelvic/trunk mobility, however.
This run was at least nine miles: from Island Park into Dorris Ranch (two loops?), then back, past the park to I5 bridge and back. Saw Matt and Billie. :)
