Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
After classes. Heated again then went up to bike. Went pretty hard, not as good a workout as yesterday. Back felt fine on the bike. Sore after, and kinda tight now. At this point, just gonna give it time it needs. I am not racing this week, so if I miss the workouts, I miss the workouts. Sure I want to race CMU, but I also want to race outdoors. I felt the same way at the beginning of cross, missing the time trial and the intersquad. It was worth it.
Stretch, roll, L7 abs ice after. See whats good at practice tomorrow. See how I feel.
