6 mile WU before practice
1 mile WU w/ team, drills, strides
800 time trial in 2:07, 10ish minutes recovery
4*200 w/ 200 jog recovery
2 mile CD (logged w/ .6 recovery from 200s)

surprised I broke 2:10, and only 1 second off high school PR. I consider it odd fitness that I've run 2:07, 4:46, 9:27, and 16:14 in the past month. I feel like a 2:07 is better than a 4:46, but a 16:14 is also better than a 9:27. McMillan's running calculator agrees with me.
