Comments:
5 walk, 5 min run pattern. Wore J Brace, no Aleve. Pain the first 5 minutes of run (10 min) Pain subsided. No discomfort for other run segments. 17:08 min pace for walk. 11:17 run, then 10:58, and for the last 5 minutes until cool down 9:30. Heart rate 89 pre start, 115 walk, 130 max at run - Avg 118. Next week I shall move to 10:58 for the run. Duration includes cool -down, which saw heart rate drop to 105. # 179
