Comments:
Ran after work; R hip still sore, but went anyway. Wore the SI LOC, which turned out OK. less comfy but it didn't slide.

Started at the 2M mark on the NE side. First half mile was inundated w/water, so I ran in the mud grass. Felt strong but "too easy". Splits wound up being:

6:00, 5:52, 5:45

Decent cut-down.
