Wasnt quite feeling a game today, so ran to Au with workout people, then ran with Julia Winkler around the track a bit then Anthony joined us and we did the 49th st loop backwards. Lovely run, easy pace, much enjoyed company as I become less and less coherent. 8 hard striders at the end and planks. Really excited for workout on Friday, looking for something all out to see what I can do.
