Exercise Type: Bike

Decent bike didnt take it too hard or too easy. Colin was there too. Watched Joe Paterno's Memorial service which was on ESPN. Wasnt really expecting that... Sweat a lot, again. Back didnt feel too bad on the bike.

Afterward, down to swim for a little.

Foot drills to stretch out the ankle a little, a few hurdle walk overs, then stretch, roll, L7 and pushups before getting kicked out by the baseball team. Feeling a little better today, still taking time off. Might have limited access to xtraining equipment this weekend, but we shall see whats up. Got to do it.
