Again on the bike. Went after lunch. Tried to fit it in quickly before leaving to help at the meet. Back felt good while working out, but later at the meet it tightened up again... Jess said 2 weeks just got to work through it. Cant get frustrated or nervous, just follow the plan.
WEnt decently hard on the bike. Stretched static 1, roll, L7 and abs after. Got into the meeting and to the meet ok. Long day of driving though... Got to see some good runs back. Andris killed it too, but got beat by Gates and Pacheck. Im pretty sure he beat him in high school...
More biking this weekend, see when I can get to veale...
