Salami and Hill Repeats

I ran with Brandon for the workout and he did the first five long hills with me. Ethan came for a couple of them and ran five and six with me. My legs seemed to hold up better than last week, though it's difficult to tell if I wasn't just running slower. For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to consume a third of a pound of salami at midnight last night before running a hill workout. My stomach was displeased with that decision and made periodic noises and threats to upchuck.

I suppose this went okay still. Not that terribly remarkable of a workout.
