Cemetery Hills Part 2

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I asked coach if I should run the short or long hill, and she said whichever I thought best, maybe a combination of the two. I decided I'd start with the long hill until it was too difficult and then finish out with the short hill.

Ran with Tim, warmed up to the hill and started. I made my goal at least 6 long hills, but I couldn't quite get there, only did the long one 5 times, finishing with the short hill 5 more times. I'm actually pretty happy with this. I went farther than I did last week and felt better at the end, and I feel the effort level was about the same. Cooled down back to Veale, changed into the new shoes to try them out and then ran a few laps on the track before stretching and rolling. Just now realized I forgot about abs, although I did do hips.
