Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Yog to AU, warmup and whatnot. Should have been an great chance to run a good time with Boardman and Griffin pacing, but wasn't quite that. I was focused going out, but then I think I relaxed and went with the flow kind of thing and ended up letting up the 3rd lap and split 700. Racing and all seems so so natural to some people, not that it isnt extremely hard in effort and whatnot, just that some know what to do immediately. Had a lot left at the end, and feel kind of stupid for letting the opportunity slip. Perspective could be good though considering I'd only broken 7 at the last meet last year. Recovered really quick unfortunatley, and wanted more, so ran a 400 and 200. Bodes somewhat well, but still have mixed feelings. Not quite sure on overall time.
