Still feeling the back, so I couldnt long run today. What else is there to do? Well when I didnt long run before, I sunday swam. Felt familiar got in the pool around 1. I havnt swam more than 15 min in a while, so i thought this would be boring and difficult. It wasnt either it was pretty decent. Went 5 kick, 15 swim, 5 kick, 10 swim, 5 kick, 5 swim. Did 3 breaths on most of the swim, 4 for the last segment. Back felt good in the pool, but ankles were pretty sore at the end.

Stretch roll L7 hips and abs on the track after with Brandon. Talked about upcoming weeks. I dont know what is going to happen. I just need to keep taking off until my back feels better. It isnt as painful as it was before, but I can still feel it. Got to be patient and look at the big picture.
