Comments:
ran the mile, the standard was 4:28.74, i got second with a 4:28.93, so that stinks, then i did a long cooldown adn then did the 2 mile. cartwright had me go out hard. Felt really heavy (even in the mile). I basically died with 22 laps to go, and ran a 10:08.
