Weather: Warm, very muggy

Comments:
Longest run to date...really testing endurance after doing 14 miles on the bike. Started out really slow, and kept the pace easy. Did about 15 sec walk at turn around, and really kept focus as finishing up the run. Knee felt good, and now legs are just plain tired!
