Finally A Good Day

First time feeling even remotely normal today, such a nice thing after last week's piss poor performances. Anyways, 10x160ms today. Broke 4 in the mile! Lolz anyways felt real good for these, especially the 2nd set. Did 4 then 3 then got gay and did 1, jogged 40 meters, did another, jogged 40 meteres and did the final one. Those three were way off the orig paces but oh well. Logging the first 7 as a different thing just so I can see the pace differences but obvi all one workout.
Now that I look at it, I think I must have not timed one of those last 3 because there's no way I ran them all in 57 hahaha. Ah well.
