After the bike. Didnt really know what to do so I checked it out. did the 1 arm goblets with easy weights, then the 1 arm jammers, then skull crusher. I wish I could have lifted more. I like it down there now.

A few band stuff and stretchin on the bosu. It is feeling good now. Talked to Ethan Seery about his ankles. Hopefully mine dont get as fucked up as his later in life...
