Feeling much better about just about everything after today. Workout was as follows:
2 minutes "tempo" probably 5:50ish pace
1000 (600 at date pace, 400 slightly faster)
3x600 (400 date pace, 200 faster)
4 minutes rest between each
Coach had me go off this past weekend's time which I know is less than I am capable of. the workout felt pretty manageable on the whole although I was a little slow on the thousand. I stayed relaxed and focused on form, which is one thing I'm definitely getting better at. Felt pretty good even though as a whole it was pretty quick.
