Comments:
The weather was awesome although there was a pretty stiff wind on the backstretch. Coach had me do the mid-distance workout, and to be honest the goal times he gives on those 600s are pretty modest especially with 3 minutes of rest... he only had me shooting for 1:42's. I didn't feel super strong, but it was still a pretty good workout.
